We don't currently offer wetsuit hire. If you are beginner wear comfortable clothing that dries quickly - gym wear is great.
Wear water shoes if you have them, if not some light pumps or trainers are fine.
Bring a water bottle.
That's it. Everything else is taken care of. Just turn up, relax and have fun.

Park at the Lapstone Lane carpark, right next to bridge 76 on the stunning Brecon and Monmouthshire Canal. Bridge 76 Adventures is based at Lapstone Cottage immediately opposite.
